Massage Therapy is a process of working and acting on the body with a range of pressure to achieve relief from a multiple list of ailments while achieving a deep relaxation.

Therapeutic Massage: Utilizes the following techniques based on ailment

  • ​Swedish: the most common form of massage, swedish massage is designed to relax the mind, body and soul.

  • Myofascial: connective tissues called fascia surround the muscles, bones, and organs of the body. Myofascial release massage is a manipulative treatment that attempts to release tension in your fascia due to impact, posture,or inflamation.

  • Neuromuscular: utilizes static pressure on specific points to relieve pain. This technique manipulates tissue of the body to balance out the nervous system.

Sports Massage: 

  • Sports Massage is a therapeutic and restorative massage that incorporates stretching and range of motion. This massage can reduce recovery time for injured muscles and help reduce the chance for future injury.


  • Intended to relax and ease tension a mother-to-be might be feeling. A complete body massage, using specific prenatal techniques to help relax, increase circulation, alleviate tired muscles and reduce excess water retention. *this service is only available after the first trimester.

Massage Station​

  • A massage station is a portable chair or table massage set up at your location accompanied with a Licensed Massage Therapist to cater to multiple clients at one setting. Ideally this is utilized at any office, home or special event. *Please contact the office for scheduling and pricing.
