Beth Flumignan- 200 RYT

A yoga student for over 10 years and a registered yoga teacher since 2016, Beth believes that yoga can be the seed to create connection with your body and breath, to rediscover yourself, find your inner strength, and to take root in the present. As a working artist Beth’s classes are a blend of creative Vinyasa flow, playful atmosphere—yoga doesn’t always have to be so serious—and a dose of inspiration to help your practice deepen. Her hope is that you walk away from her classes smiling, with your heart full, and your body grounded and strong.

Rachel Millyard- 200 RYT

Rae completed her 200hr training in July of 2016 from One Tribe Yoga in Brooklyn, MI. She takes pride in her instruction to bring yoga to all bodies and levels of physical health. Taking a class with Rae, you will tie together postures, breath work, and meditation. Focusing on hatha based asanas, she also enjoys incorporating vinyasa and kundalini movements into her flows. Prepare to let go of self doubt, focus on yourself, and remember to breath when you roll out your mat for a class with Rae
